Customization & Compatibility

Two shade types are available. The Bowl version creates a wider, rounded overhead presence that works naturally above dining tables, kitchen islands, seating areas, and open living spaces.

The Cone version has a more tapered and vertical profile, making it suitable for bedside placement, reading corners, entryways, counters, smaller dining settings, and repeated pendant arrangements.

Both Bowl and Cone types are available in four diameters: Ø30 cm (11.81"), Ø40 cm (15.75"), Ø50 cm (19.69"), and Ø60 cm (23.62").

The Ø30 cm version creates a compact natural accent for bedside areas, reading corners, smaller dining spaces, and grouped arrangements. The Ø40 cm and Ø50 cm versions offer a balanced scale for dining tables, kitchen islands, bedrooms, and living spaces.

The larger Ø60 cm version creates a broader decorative feature suited to larger dining tables, open-plan living areas, cafés, restaurants, foyers, and hospitality interiors.

Each pendant is supplied with a 150 cm (59.06") adjustable black suspension cord. The suspension length can be shortened during installation to suit the ceiling height, furniture position, and preferred hanging arrangement.

A black metal ceiling rose is included, creating a clean ceiling connection and a defined contrast with the natural woven shade.

The pendant uses a replaceable LED bulb with an E27 lampholder. A 3000K Warm White bulb is recommended to complement the natural rattan and create a warm, relaxed atmosphere.

Other colour temperatures can be used with a compatible E27 LED bulb. For assistance selecting a suitable bulb or confirming destination-specific electrical preparation, please contact Lubrel Support.

Dimming is supported. If assistance is required with a dimmable bulb, compatible wall dimmer, or electrical configuration, please contact Lubrel Support.

The pendant requires a hardwired ceiling connection and should be installed by a qualified electrician in accordance with local electrical and ceiling-mounting requirements.

Rattan is a natural woven material. Variations in fibre thickness, weave, colour, texture, and minor irregularities are expected and make each shade unique.

The Handwoven Rattan Pendant Light combines an open natural weave with a choice of Bowl or Cone silhouettes. Its tactile surface brings warmth and organic texture to Boho, Japandi, coastal, rustic, and softly contemporary interiors.

When illuminated, light passes through the woven structure to create a gentle combination of downward illumination and decorative shadow patterns. When switched off, the natural rattan remains a warm sculptural feature within the room.

With both shade types available in Ø30 cm, Ø40 cm, Ø50 cm, and Ø60 cm diameters, the pendant can be adapted for compact bedside areas, central dining-table installations, larger living spaces, or repeated arrangements across kitchen islands and hospitality interiors.

Design & Materials

The woven rattan shade gives the pendant a softer and more tactile appearance than a solid metal or glass fitting. Its natural surface works particularly well with timber, linen, stone, plaster, ceramic, and neutral interior palettes.

The Bowl type creates a wider horizontal shape that visually anchors dining tables and larger seating areas. The Cone type introduces a more tapered profile suited to corners, bedside spaces, counters, and repeated installations.

The four diameter options allow either silhouette to be scaled according to the room. Smaller sizes provide a lighter decorative presence, while the Ø50 cm and Ø60 cm versions create a stronger overhead focal point.

The black suspension cord and matching black metal ceiling rose provide a restrained structural contrast while allowing the woven rattan shade to remain the primary decorative feature.

Installed individually, the pendant creates a relaxed natural focal point. Multiple fittings may also be arranged in a row or cluster above dining tables, kitchen islands, stairwells, reception areas, and hospitality seating spaces.
